Our Board Certified Behavior Analysts have strong leadership skills and seek to make a difference at ALI by guiding our amazing team of RBTs. The ALI BCBAs are responsible for completing intake assessments, developing and revising individualized programs and behavior plans, conducting training, and overall management of client outcomes. Our BCBAs collaborate closely with families to develop goals that are culturally and socially relevant. Our BCBAs and other staff bring enthusiasm, creativity and energy to the Applied Learning Institute.
